Course Overview

Why This Course?

The digital landscape has fundamentally shifted. Traditional marketing curricula often treat digital channels as a separate discipline from business strategy, leaving BBA graduates unable to lead modern go-to-market execution. Furthermore, the rapid rise of AI has made manual marketing workflows economically unsustainable.

"The AI Strategy Sandbox" is designed to bridge this gap. Over 10 days, students build a coherent digital marketing strategy portfolio from scratch—covering brand strategy, web presence, offer and copy, SEO planning, social production, analytics literacy, email automation, unit economics, and Meta media planning—while using AI tools as a real-time strategic co-pilot at every stage. The sandbox uses Google Sites as a lab platform; live Pixel/retargeting requires graduating to a full CMS after the course.

The Four Phases

Phase 1: Foundation

Build & Protect — Days 1–3. Students establish their digital home base: Day 1 is a high-level strategic intro (journey map, positioning, brand blueprint); Day 2 covers web architecture, DNS, cybersecurity, and UX design — culminating in a live Google Sites deployment; Day 3 layers offer architecture, value stacking, risk reversal, brand voice, and the Hook-Value-CTA copywriting matrix, with students publishing AI-generated copy directly onto their live site. Core AI frameworks: Brand Blueprint, Lead Systems Architect, Value Proposition Generator, and Multi-Angle Copy Hook prompts.

Phase 2: Content & Optimization

Organic Growth — Days 4–5. Students build their content engine: SEO semantic clusters and automated social media pipelines using Canva Bulk Create. AI accelerates production of keyword maps and 30-day content calendars.

Phase 3: Data & Retention

The Feedback Loop — Days 6–7. Students learn data literacy (vanity vs. sanity metrics), funnel leak diagnosis, and email retention automation. AI-powered conversion audits and 4-part welcome sequences are built from real analytics datasets.

Phase 4: Amplification & Future-Proofing

Days 8–10. Students master paid media auction logic, unit economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV), Meta Ads creative matrices, and workflow automation. The course culminates in an Executive Sandbox Pitch: a rapid-fire presentation of each student's complete digital marketing strategy.

Course Structure

Hour 1: Strategy & Prompt Design

Instructor-led. Core strategic concept introduced with AI prompting framework for that day's domain.

Hour 2: Digital Sandbox Lab

Individual student execution. Each student applies the day's framework to their own unique mock business using AI tools on their laptops.

The Running Mock Business: Every student selects one unique business idea on Day 1 and applies every lesson to that same business across all 10 days, producing a cohesive final marketing strategy by Day 10.
