Session 13: Persona-Driven Content Calendar at Scale
Block 2: Content Scaling, AI Workflows & A2 Part 1
View lecture slides: Session 13 Slides
1-Hour Lecture (Theory & Strategy)
- Phase 1 asked you to post occasionally. An agency runs a calendar: a repeatable system mapping persona → pillar topic → format → platform → publish date.
- Content pillars: 3–4 recurring themes that all posts map back to (e.g., educational, social proof, offer, behind-the-scenes) so the calendar isn’t random.
- Scheduling logic: cadence per platform, best-practice posting windows, and sequencing so that awareness content precedes offer content.
- Read the full theory here: Content Strategy & Storytelling and Consumer Behavior for persona grounding.
1-Hour Lab (Agency Execution)
- Re-confirm your persona from Phase 1 (or refine it using one line of evidence — a real comment, review, or search trend).
- Define 3 content pillars for your sandbox business.
- Build a 4-week content calendar (spreadsheet or table): date, platform, pillar, format, caption hook, CTA.
- Sequence it deliberately — awareness posts early in the window, an offer/CTA-heavy post mid-to-late.
- Local data baseline: Check the E-commerce SEO case for what content topics correlated with traffic gains in a similar Nepal business.
