The most confusing line in any Nepali PPC quote is the one that mixes the agency fee with the ad spend. Published rates below separate the two cleanly (valid until March 31, 2027; 13% VAT domestic). For the service itself, see Google Ads in Nepal and PPC marketing.

The three tiers, with real numbers

Basic — 2 campaigns, 70,000–100,000 impressions, 36 designs:

  • Including $100 ad credit: Rs. 50,000/month (Rs. 56,500 with VAT)
  • Management only (you fund credit): Rs. 30,000/month (Rs. 33,900 with VAT)

Growth — 4 campaigns, 140,000–200,000 impressions, 72 designs:

Google Ads Management Pricing in Nepal: 30k–100k Management vs Inclusive Packages
  • Including $200 ad credit: Rs. 95,000/month (Rs. 107,350 with VAT)
  • Management only: Rs. 55,000/month (Rs. 62,150 with VAT)

Premium — 8 campaigns, 350,000–500,000 impressions, 144 designs:

  • Including $500 ad credit: Rs. 230,000/month (Rs. 259,900 with VAT)
  • Management only: Rs. 100,000/month (Rs. 113,000 with VAT)

Every tier includes campaign management: ad creation, audience identification, deployment and reporting. Credit figures are in USD at current forex; management-only clients pay Google directly.

Management-only vs inclusive: a decision rule

  • Pick management-only if you have (or will set up) direct Google billing, run multiple vendors, or want fee-vs-media separation in your books.
  • Pick inclusive if you want one monthly invoice and zero forex hassle. The management work does not change — only who funds the credit.

Neither option hides a margin in the media: that is exactly why the two prices are published side by side.

How many campaigns you actually need

Campaign count should follow business structure, not ambition:

  • 1–2 service lines, 1 city: Basic. Two well-funded campaigns beat six starved ones.
  • Multiple services or cities: Growth. Separate campaigns let budgets and messages differ by intent.
  • Portfolio advertiser (education, multi-branch retail, groups): Premium. Eight campaigns with distinct geo, audience and creative needs.

The recurring failure mode in Nepal: a Rs. 30,000 total budget split across Search, PMax, YouTube and remarketing simultaneously. Each sub-campaign gets too little data to exit learning, and everything looks broken when the structure is the problem.

Localising for Nepal (where the management hours go)

The line items above pay for work that generic offshore management skips: Romanized-Nepali and hybrid keyword builds, Kathmandu-vs-outside-Valley geo splits, festival seasonality (Dashain/Tihar) scheduling, and landing pages with eSewa/Khalti and COD options so paid clicks can actually convert. The localisation method is detailed in localizing Google Ads for Nepal.

What to do this week

  1. Add up your current monthly ad spend across all platforms — that number picks the tier, not your aspirations.
  2. Decide billing structure (management-only vs inclusive) with your accountant, once.
  3. Audit whether each active campaign has enough budget to learn; pause the thinnest before adding anything new.
