  • ✅ Manage Sections and Slide Order.

🎨 Design Guidelines

The 6x6 Rule

No more than 6 lines of text per slide.
No more than 6 words per line.

  • Consistency: Use the same fonts and colors (Themes).
  • Contrast: Dark text on light background (or vice versa).
  • Visuals: Use images instead of walls of text.

📄 Slide Layouts

Don't just use blank slides! Use standard layouts:

  • Title Slide: Topic and Presenter name.
  • Title and Content: The standard bullet point slide.
  • Two Content: Comparing two items.
  • Section Header: Divider between topics.

🎬 Inserting Media

Images and Shapes

  • Insert > Pictures: From stock or online (Try office_view.svg).
  • Insert > Shapes: Arrows, Boxes.
  • SmartArt: Visual Lists.

Video & Audio

  • Insert > Video: From PC or Online.
  • Insert > Audio: Background music or narration.

🧪 Practicum 4.1

Company Intro Deck

  1. Create a presentation with 5 Slides.
  2. Slide 1: Title Slide (Company Name).
  3. Slide 2: About Us (Title and Content).
  4. Slide 3: Our Services (Two Content - Text + Image).
  5. Slide 4: Team (SmartArt).
  6. Slide 5: Contact (Title Only + Shape).
  7. Apply a Theme from the Design tab.
