Peer Review Structure

Pair up. Each presents their A1 deck (8-10 min) to their partner, who scores against the grading rubric and gives 2 strengths + 1 improvement.

Common A1 Weaknesses

  • Budget numbers with no rationale tie-back
  • Persona too generic (not tied to actual funnel audit data)
  • No explicit KPI forecast / success definition

Check: Feedback Quality

Prompt: ask a student to defend the answer.

Lab: Peer Review Rotation

  1. Present your deck to your partner (8-10 min)
  2. Receive rubric-scored feedback
  3. Revise your weakest slide immediately
  4. Submit final A1

Deliverable: Assignment A1 Complete

Review Questions 📝

  1. Why should a reviewer score the rubric rows before writing comments?
  2. Give one example each of a "keep", a "cut" and a "fix" comment.
  3. What three items belong in the final self-check before submission?

Apply it: Your deck receives 2/5 on Budget & KPI Rationale with the comment "numbers unclear". Write three specific questions you would ask the reviewer, and the changes you would make.
